I have been working for over 18 years in diverse data warehouse, data analytics and engineering projects in USA and Switzerland as developer or architect.

I worked on a speech recognition artificial intelligence project at telecommunications company, I developed an Apache Kafka Stream Application for a credit card company and I established a hybrid cloud microservices environment with Azure DevOps project and OpenShift.

I have obtained diverse certifications about architecting on Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform or Microsoft Azure and I developed my own mobile app with Firebase and Google Cloud Functions on Google Cloud Platform.

I worked in the USA for almost two years between 2005 and 2006, where I gained significant experience in building of data warehouse solutions in Danbury (Connecticut), Dallas (Texas) and Philadelphia (Pennsylvania).

After leaving the USA in 2006 I continued to work in the data warehousing field in Switzerland, first at UBS and later at Credit Suisse and at Teradata AG.

At Credit Suisse, I had the opportunity to lead a team of thirteen database engineers in various data warehouse projects and to give workshops about diverse technical topics about new analytical technologies such as Big Data, Hadoop, MapReduce, Pig, Informatica etc. for a technical audience.

After Credit Suisse I started working at Teradata as Senior Solution Architect where I had managed to deepen my technical knowledge even more.

As an IT Architect at ipt AG, where I could work with various technologies. ipt AG is one of best consulting company I have worked with, where we provide not only technical expertise, but we try to make the technology valuable for the customer. I have worked on an artificial intelligence project at Swisscom, I have developed an Apache Kafka Stream Application for a credit card company and now I’m working on an Azure DevOps project with Openshift in a microservice environment.

In my free time I developed my own mobile app with Firebase and Google Cloud Functions on Google Cloud Platform. Working on my own project is a great way to learn new things.
